Merchants who are in outer world and are actively mining should not be possible
to be summoned for a duration after each mining skill.
OR
Merchants who are mining in 'minecrafting' should be summonable from their
mineshaft or as above have it per duration after each skill.


Reasoning question behind the request:

Why is one sort of mining is protected from summoning (minecrafting mining) and
the other sort of mining not protected from summoning (mining in outer world)?
Why is minecrafter protected at all from being summoned from his mining in the
mineshaft?
