create easy to get (value 100-500 gold) scroll that changes everything on the
floor to gold coins. This would be nice way to get rid of all that crap lying
on area floors. spell could only be used in outside areas. amount of gold
could be based on weight of crap or about 40%-60% of shop prices. critical
could be everything turns to dust. creating of these scrolls could be given to
some guild that is hard to start from.

There was a definite reason to disable/remove this spell.
