help power hours
All that really changed is there is now a max exp you can earn during the
power hour. This is max UNMODIFIED exp. Currently it is 500k. Otherwise,
the system remains more or less the same. Additionally, the 500k limit would
not apply during this boot for players who were already logged in at the time
of this message (unless they quit/re-enter)
