I installed a modification to the anti-abuse system. Here is a summary:
If you kill a monster and members of your party are flagged as "abusers" then
the eq the monster has may not be dested. Instead it will receive reduced
magical bonus. ie 3 dex instead of 6. Although it is not strictly a 50% cut
on bonus's.

Items with reduced bonus's will be marked (flawed) instead of glowing.

I think this covers the basis of the tune. It is actually Shinarae's tune I
just installed it, so thanks or otherswise go to him.

This is the default for all monsters, coders can override this behavior. This
tune will take full effect after boot.
