A day late and a dollar short, story of my life!

The power hour system has been removed. It replaced
with a system which I haved named the "exp bonus pool".

This new system takes effect after boot, OR if you quit
and re-enter.

The power hour help file has been removed, and has been
replaced with help exp bonus pool.

As of right now, the values in that help file are:

H = 86400 (1 day)
X = 30000
