Due to overwhelming criticism of a certain style of play, in which thousanda
of sps are stored up and used in one massive blast, how sps are regenerated by
non-standard means has been tuned. Your body can now only absorb a finite
amount of sps in a short period of time, and must rest (read: "tick") before
it can absorb any more.

Most players will be completely unaffected by this tune (unless it bugs, of
course, but then I'll fix it). Minor sp-restoring such as campfires, fungus
slices, and burial ceremony are also completely unaffected. Larger sources of
one-shot mana, such as drain pool, meteor crystals, and eating a full jar of
crystalline plants will be limited, but to a reasonable level. Repeated
massive sp intakes simply won't work at all.

I want to point out that spr _iteslf_ is also unaffected and is in fact more
valueable now because the amount you can restore between "ticks" is based on
your spr (yes, including race, gullds, boons and eq). Things that interfere
with regeneration, such as poison, starvation, and curse of tarmalen, will
interfere with this as well in a similar fashion.

The intent was not to make certain spells or items useless, in fact, the
intent was to keep most of them more or less the same. This tune was to preven
t repeated obnoxious uses of +sp items in ways they were not intended. I'd
rather do this than hunt down and downtune, or just plain remove, eq that has
been used in assorted silliness. And, again, most of you won't even feel this
change, because it wasn't meant to apply to you.

P.S. By "rest" I do mean "until battle ticks return to normal ticks".
