I modified bug/typo/idea a bit, mostly internal stuff. I also updated
the help files a bit, so it should be a bit clearer how the reporting
works. But just as a reminder:

bug -> send a bug report to the owner of the room
bug [wizard] -> send a bug report to [wizard]
bug [item] -> send a bug report to wizard of the item
bug [wizard] [item] -> send a bug report to [wizard] about [item]

All reports include the location of the room you stand in, so
please report all bugs in the relevant rooms and with relevant
targets. Same goes with commenting existing reports.

And, yet another reminder, _all_ bug/idea/typo/commend reports
should be in _ENGLISH_! Even the ones you send to a finnish wiz
might be relayed to somebody else.
