As I am a soft hearted wizard and rule ukkeli in general, I am willing to
reset the "enchanted cloak" level quest for those who has done it. This way
you have a new chance to get the magical prize if you previously got the wrong
end of the stick (ie. flawed cloak). Just give me a tell and I will reset the
quest for you.

Also do note that all "old" magic cloaks will not be affected anyway. They
still hold same stats and are wearable by anyone.

ps. I am also taking up all the names who request the reseting and if you try
to abuse this, you will be punished!
