As some critical pcity guards may be missing, all
pcity raiding/thieving is illegal for the next 24
hours. During this time players should check that
their guards are in place after the mess of this
boot.
Anybody caught trespassing in pcities or engaged
in thieving during this 24 hour period will be
removed.
