Our semiannual wizard review has been completed. It's no longer called a
'purge' for the following reason:
The winning wizards, instead of being removed, will instead be placed in an
'avatar' state. Basically, they get to keep their wizard-<>'s when talking on
channels, are unable to die etc. They WON'T have access to the regular wizard
commands, wiz-channels etc.
The avatars will also have the altenative of requesting their old, pre-wizzing
mortal character to be restored. So don't be surprised if you see mortals by
the name of former wizards; they are indeed the same person, should this
happen.
