Please be advised, that for now, if a monster dies of Aelena poison while you
and/or your party are absent from the room, it may not register properly for
quests, or the equipment the monster is carrying.

We're in the process of thinking how, if in any way, this should be changed;
the problem is probably obvious to most of you (think of all the beautiful
abuse).
