Now, I thought I gave clear instructions on how to become a candidate for the
Council.

It seems I wasn't clear enough. You need to post a mail yourself AND your
second needs to post one, too.

Since this is the first time we elect councilmembers, I'm giving the following
persons 4hrs time, starting now, to rectify the situation or not run for the
elections all:

Juo (nobody has seconded)
Larppa (nobody has seconded)
Turmio (nobody has seconded)
Mandigal (nobody has seconded)
Lightscape (proposed by Sarmangoth, has not signed up himself)
Dreadlord (proposed by Azura, has not signed up himself)

tonight and last one week. 4 top candidates will move to the second round.
