The "idea" command is being phased out and has been disabled. All
future ideas can be sent to the "ideas-wanted" newsgroup for
community review and discussion instead.
If you have previously submitted something you feel strongly about, it might be
a good idea to re-gather your thought and send it over to ideas-wanted.
Bugs and typos can still be sent via their respective commands. Please read
'help bug report' before submitting something, as usual.
