The term of the first council has come to an end, and a new council needs to
be elected.

It's again the time to nominate candidates. Like the year before, this happens
by indicating your desire to be nominated yourself, and getting someone to
second your candidacy (yes, both of you need to send me a mudmail for the
entry to be valid). The nomination of candidates ends 31st March, after which
there will be a vote, just like the year before.

This time, there will be three (3) mortal members, two (2) wizard members and
one (1) archwizard member.

Wizards don't need to be seconded, ie. they can nominate themselves. The
voting will take place between peers, that is, mortals vote for mortals,
wizards for wizards, and if needed, archwizards for archwizards.
