You mean, walk under water? They have roots which keep them from moving with
the stream, thus they rather walk under water than float like very small
rocks, gravy, apples, churches, witches, or ducks.

It would be nice if there would be ents and treants as wondering monsters,
then they'd attack people who cut down trees, or an area which is full of them
and they're all aggro, except for ents. Around their shrine, I think.
