Shadowjack awards Era 3 levels for completing 'Bug Tales Awarding' task:

At one point the beholder in Trilloch's Zoo had a disintegration
special, that happened often. However, it did not use the real
disintegration code, but it just destructed your items and kicked you
out. The problem was, that it did not save the character, and the game
granted crash recovery when logging back in.

After noticing this, we tested this briefly with a clairvoyance crown
(the only 'eq' I had with me) and a couple of mithrils. I typed save,
gave the crown and some mithrils to Brock, and charged in. And, soon
the special hit, and I came back with crash recovery cloning me a new
crown and new mithril coins. Both the crowns were now in, and no sign
of doublicate item warnings or anything, so it would have been trivial
to double the amount of money and items every 15 minutes.

As we reported this, beholder was closed right away, forcing us to
abandon our plan to enter Trilloch's tower.
