Today fishing changes a bit more...
1) Fish now have "prefered" locations. (ie: easier to catch them there)
2) You can now do your quests from ships, Rangers.
3) You can now fish under bridges.
4) Messages now obey cutter settings.
Enjoy, bugs/whines/etc to me..
