Greets, yours truly made some fundamental changes in how the city controllers
handle light. Now the controllers can mix light sources - you can see very
cool highlight mixing if you turn MXP on. With ANSI, the MXP-values are
approximated, and still look cool, but not quite as much so.
To celebrate this, Arelium's main street (starting from south gate) has been
lit in MARDI GRAS COLORS for the duration of this boot!
