Anipa the Almighty. Or is he? When was the last time he graced us with
his presence? Why don't we chose someone more down to earth. A mortal leader
perhaps?
That is the point of this blabbering book. To explore the pros and cons of a
mortal leader.
First, when was the last time Anipa was reached and took suggestions? I don't
know I haven't been here that long. There are some who may have even partied
with the Great one. A mortal leader could keep in touch with Anipa and be
there to convey suggestions, etc. More one on one then the news column is.
Second, A mortal leader could be a figure head of prestige and dignity. A
role model, and could be the major of Bat City. Deal with those annoying
urchins, and rid the town of player killers.
Third and last, the Mortal leader/major could be the mortals coder. He/She
could set up outposts in over the mud, assign mortals to those outposts, etc.
To conclude, this book is suggesting a mortal underling of Anipa. To be
trueful only another 1000 level wizard could stand any chance of usurping
Anipa.
