Library: The Emerald Ring

Once upon a time, a Queen had seven daughters but the King was thirsty when he looked them because he hadn't sons.One day, the Queen went where a mage lived and said him: "Sir, ¿Would u be able cast any spell to have a son?. Mage said: "Majesty, drink this flask when u come back to home, in midnight your wish will come true". The Queen gave him one thousand gold goins and come back to the castle. That night drunk the liquid and fell asleep. Nine months later, a boy born. He was named Carstar. King was very happy and did a feast. One day, when Carstar was ten years, the mage appeared. "Let me talk with your mother, the Queen", Mage said.;"Majesty", mage said. "Your son have to come with me because i need him". "¡Oh, no, no!"."Then gimme one of your daughter or i'll transform your boy in frog". Queen, shivering, called to her eldest Saraz and gave him to the mage. It happened like that a year to year until six daughters were taken. When Iskandar was seventeen, only one princess left, Sairina. He told to her mother: "Please, don't let my sister be taken for the mage. I'll stay alone and thirsty". "My son, your father's heart would break if something would happen to you". Mother said."You must to let me save them, i know how do it." he said. "Then go, but take this emerald ring because it has a genie inside." "When you need it, rub it three times and genie will appeared". And said Sairina: when Mage takes you and you're going to tower drop these seeds for Carstar can follow you". Suddenly Mage appeared again and seeing he couldn't take the Prince, he took Sairina (before Sairina have taken the seeds and put them in her pocket).Then Carstar, with a flute and a little drum went to save his daughters. Carstar walked and walked following the seeds until Mage and Princess came to the tower. Carstar, hiding, saw a high tower with seven windows with bars. Rubbed the ring three times and from a huge cloud of smoke a genie appeared saying "In name of Solomon, ¿What's your wish?, oh master of emerald ring!". ;"Gimme seven sca les, seven saws and seven horses to free my sisters". Carstar said.;"I listen and i obey", genie said and disappeared. Two minutes later he heared a whinny and appeared seven horses, seven saws and seven scales in the wall. Carstar climb up one scale, saw the bars and helped their sisters to climb down. Suddenly Mage appeared and said: "come back, fool princess!!". Then Carstar and sisters galloped fastly. Later, they stopped, and Carstar said: "Sisters, we need rest tonight and tomorrow go on coming back to home". In the following day, they were hungry. "I'll call for my genie", said Carstar, "And i'll ask for food and water". But when he was to take the ring he saw his ring didn't was in his finger, he have lost it. They rid in their horses. In two hours arrived at a little valley with 3 trees and a well, so they could drink a lot. Suddenly three men appeared. Seeing Carstar and sisterswere hungry shared their food. They shared a sweet dates. "¿What sort of dates are these", asked to one man. "Are a wisdom dates", man said, "Who eats them can know more and more and get very much intelligence". When Carstar ate his date, saw his horse had something in his paw. He surprised himself when he saw the emerald ring in horse's hoof. He rubbed it three times and genie appeared. Iskandar said: "Take us to our home and let us far of Mage's magic." As soon as he finish to speak, sky got dark and Iskandar and sisters saw his castle. Queen was in a balcony and everybody ran to hug her. "¡Oh, Carstar, my good son!, you save your sisters. My heart is full of happiness." Mother said. "Thanks to my wonder ring", said Iskandar while gave back it to her. "If genie hadn't helped me, i would never have done it". In that moment a little green bird appeared."In name of Solomon, i claim this ring because it has to be back to the King Solomon ", bird squawked. And took the ring with his beak. Later, bird flied. Queen was so glad that didn't matter it and everybody lived happy again.The End.
