Library: the forest in the middle of valley

There's a forest in a valley south from Donaru. I used to like to walk around
there, it's very peaceful and remote. But something strange has happened
there. It's like the forest has been polluted cause it's dying. There's
something evil in it. I suspect a lich, but I'm not sure.
