Movie Review: ********* : 9/10.
Reason it got 9: Tragic end. This was simply beautiful.. I'd have preferred
adversity to not triumph.. even though the true nature of life is death, and
they would have died eventually, I'd of rathered a different ending.
Plot: A man and woman meet and fall in love. There are two Captains of the
Emprorer's Army, and there is one blind assassin of the underground House of
Flying Daggers martial faction. There is a lot of twisting threads, much
aesthetically pleasing filmwork and acting, heartbreaking music, and the movie
is a tragic romance. Most notably different from Hidden Dragon, Crouching
Tiger is that there is a serious stillness to this movie.
