Hello,
There is a new command in the guild which the members of the psionic council
can use: psionicist scan. See psionicist help and psionicist help scan.

Also, the council members received a rank: Counselor.

With the handy 'show effects' command could this scan tuned to work on everyone
in the room. Or to show everyone resistance's to psi in the room. Or something
similarly useful.
