A horrid combination of two things -- Lanfear's mistake about spell damage
formulas plus a typo on my part -- have made the spell star light do
drastically less damage than it had any right to do. The problem has been
solved. As such, those of you with mastery will see a significant damage
upgrade in the spell, and light/darkness will have an effect again.

This is NOT an uptune. This is a bugfix. And I'm terribly sorry I didn't
notice this before. I'll check the other spells to see if a similar problem is
there.
