Could alchs please get some ammount of mineral cutting? It is quite a bad
feeling to amalgamate something in a workbench and then realise that you can't
lift it even with LOL.

Many years ago this was suggested, and there was pushback from wizzes that
this was intruding too much into merch territory (??? yeah I don't get it
either). But if that is a problem, how about limiting the "cut <grams>" syntax
to skill % above 80, and only giving 80% of the skill to alchs?
