B.A.T. ry's new server, a 'fully loaded' DELL PowerEdge 2850 (2U-sized rack-server) was transported to Magenta Sites' (our primary ISP) server room and fired up. The server was named "Torturer" due to its lovely glistening black colouring. It now enters a benchmarking and testing stage.

BatMUD will be unavailable during the night of Monday, the 13th and morning of Tuesday the 14th of February. Our ISP is yet again moving servers, the move will commence at about 01:00-05:00 EET. BatMUD will be available as soon as possible, but as last move showed us, it may take a little longer.
