Whether it is fencing, boxing, or martial arts, combat usually follows a set
of inherent rules. Each combat style has a priority of where and when you can
strike a particular target, and therefore, where and when you you should
block. This skill allows the defender to follow all of them for a short time,
greatly increasing their parry chance. The cost, however, is mobility, as the
user cannot run away while using this skill.
