Runemages channel their magic through runestones, but in order to do so, they must carve the rune onto stones that have been shaped for that purpose. The carving is a rather careful process and requires quite a bit of concentration. Find a blank runestone to use this skill on, and 'use runescribing at rune <rune> on <runestone>'.
