From the usual on guard, extend the blade towards the target. The blade always goes first. If not then you will be telegraphing your attack, this slows down your attack and gives your opponent more time to react. Lift your front (right) foot as though you were taking a step, at the same time straighten the back (left) leg. The attack is finished with the back leg straight, the front leg bent, with the right knee over the right foot, no further.
The simpliest and most common attack technique used in fencing.
