There are times when someone might just pass the their physical limits. Anyone
incapacitated usually is on the brink of death. By applying various medicinal
techniques, conciousness of the target can be regained. This skill can also be
used with bandages to bind some wounds, if the target has minimal armour, in
order to give access to the wounds.
Syntax: use first aid at <target>
        use first aid at <target> apply <bandage> -- use a specific bandage
