This spell is similar to the spell lighting bolt, but it holds much greater
potential, instead of a relatively small bolt of lighting, this spell is able
to produce a stronger bolt, almost to the equivalent of a small storm. When
this spell is used, the target will experience some involantary muscle spasms.
The bolt is hot enough to  scortch the outer skin quite badly. Since
electricity effects the muscles, it is also very painful.
