The simplest cold based attack spell is the spell chill touch. Often
misunderstood by the layman, one does not have to actually touch his opponent.
Instead, this spell calls forth a small chilly blast of arctic power, that
gives the target a very strong and sudden chill. The power is  strong enough
to do a little damage from the sudden cold.
