One of the great sources of the druid's power throughout the ages, is the sacred pool. Guarded deep within the forest, hidden away from outsiders, its magical waters give power to druids throughout the realms. It feeds from the power given to it by each and every druid, as his or her sacred duty, only calling on it for power in the times of greatest need. The power contained in the pool is not unlimited, and must be carefully monitored by the high druids, lest some renegade druid drain the pool for his own purposes, threatening the basis of all their powers in as well.
