The ability of Followers of Tarmalen to heal and aid fellow adventurers is
admirable, but their natural talent does not end there. As they perform their
craft they have the ability to bound themselves in harmony with one other
soul, and through them share their healing with everyone in the group and thus
spreading their knowledge as experience. The harmony sometimes pulses so
strong, that it replenishes the Follower, or even the whole party. If one
wishes to break this bond, they can command 'harmony renounce'.
