This spell allows you to copy a spell from your partymember for a limited
time. You can cast the copied spell as many times as you like for the duration
of spell empathy. The targets % in the spell is the max you can learn it, the
actual % comes from various factors.
Usage:
cast spell empathy at <player> try <spell>
cast spell empathy
Example:
cast spell empathy at rauskis try armour of aether
  -Try to learn 'armour of aether'-spell from your friend Rauskis.
cast spell empathy
  -Unlearn a previously learned spell.
