This spell creates a miasma that, when viewed from below, resembles fog, mist,
and moonlight. It's known to attract a number of small sea creatures closer to
the surface, letting them get caught easier when fishing.
May only be cast on the world map in water.
Any fisherman in the room with 25%+ skill can benefit.
When cast with target 'region' the attracted fish are region-based.
With a high enough spell%, you may cast the spell at
any of the listed regional fish types.
