Asked Shardik about reinc tax while I was reincing, pondering about high tax
(3weeks, 5%+ tax on slow, ewww). He and Tomba lowered the time needed for min
tax for that. Gee, an upgrade!

Finished my reinc today. 23 bards and 15 merchants. I got all stuff from bards
high enough, merchant gives me full mining, amalgamate, repairs, exchange
money, surgeries etc. Put 11.5m to instrument creation, otherwise I would have
took more merch too.

Btw, love the reinc system. I actually have 1m more exp than BEFORE the reinc,
due to fact I need to make exp to get my old exp back. Before the tune
everytime I reinced I went down like mil or two, now I really can't get
downwards :-P

At 29m now, btw. And resumed my bmight hunt at position 34 in all-time bards,
at poor++.
