Dearest blog, it would appear that I've ignored you once again.  Work has been
killer busy  once again.  In fact, I have not been back home to the farm since
harvest wrapped up back in October.  Speaking of harvest, this year's crop was
one of the better ones we had.  And I even got to drive the combine for a
round for the first time in my life. WhEEE! The fall chisel plowing went
pretty smoothly, as the ground was in good condition (not too dry or wet) for
plowing.  So, the timing of the work upswing is convenient enough to avoid the
harvest.  And naturally, I get a phone call, so I'm goin g to cut this blog
entry short.  Hopefully, more to come soon.
