Accidently missed my blogging session yesterday due to  having an upswing in
the social life.  A couple guys from work invited me to come and hang with
them at a local bar/restaurant for a few hours in the evening.  Well, the
invite was to meet at 5pm, and I didn't wrap up work soon enough before having
to travel.  I even skipped a workout evening too!  And to make matters worse,
I had me a delicious chicken sandwich with homemade chips that was sure to add
a pound or 2 to me.  A couple of hours of conversation and a meal later, and I
was back home.  Nothing too exciting, but it was quite pleasant.

I've been noticing I have been regressing a bit with the social activities.  I
constantly have to remind myself to not be too introverted and keep myself
involved.  Maybe it is just the time of the year and lack of sunlight, who
knows.  I'm just noting the signs, excuses for going out, avoiding making
contact, etc.  I'll see about improving here in the coming weeks.  But, at
least last night I made a step forwards again.

My heart goes out to ya Banba.  I believe you when you say it is amicable, but
I'm sure there is pain there as well.  I just  wish the best for you bud!    

Reinc idea pretty close to coming to fruition.  Talking a snow storm coming to
Iowa this weekend which may give me a day to sneak in to work to use the free
internet.  I shall suck harder than a civ_fighter-civ_mage reinc combo.  Trust
me on this.  At least I'll have some role playing, non-xp mongering fun for a
while.
