So, I weighed in last night. Well, actually, I weighed myself twice. First time, when I first arrived to the gym and changed, I was down a pound from a week ago. Then, after working out, apparently I sweated off another pound of water to get to my first new year's goal weight loss point! So, if I'm at or below the 15 lb loss mark next week Monday, I'll claim this goal has been obtained. Woot woot! And finally the pounds are coming off the middle section. For guys, fat will come off every other part of the body first before it takes from the mid-section heavily. I'm hoping the next 10 pounds will really cut down on the belt size area. I'll even let you in that I'm at 189 pounds as of late last night. I figure another 10-15 lb more is about all I want to lose. I figure when I get to that point, I can get back to lifting more often than 2x a week. I want to get back to those new year's lifting goals that are slipping at the moment. My lifting endurance is way down right now. My reps at 235 are down about a third from what I was doing, which annoys me a bit. However, on the flip side, I'm anxious to get to this lower weight level and get back to playing racquetball again. I'm curious to see how much better my cardio workouts will help me in the 3rd and 4th games when I would tired out before. Another slooooowwww day at work. So, I ended up puttering with shipquests once again. Did the cargo and galley quests. Cargo ending is a bit confusing, but it does become clear once you re-read Mel's quest hint. On the other hand, the galley quest is straightforward, except killin' all of those noob mobs once again screws my knight valor rep. Good grief, I'm down about 100 take prisoner mobs to make that all up again. *sigh* Good thing I'm not trying to do a serious knight reinc. this time around. I need to dig up the cash to do the next ship level (4 if I remember right). Then I can see if any more new quests besides ship quest 5 pops up. I still need to work on teleportation chamber (ugh) and then all of the various ship sailor quarters. I need to make a path down that ship hq island so I can start those quests. puuh. Damn you Mel! Although, I think I'm better than half way through the shipquests. Woo woo! Tonight's blog entry brought to you by "Head Like a Hole" Nine Inch Nails
