Didn't get time to blog last night.  Basically, I followed through on my
weekend plans that I mentioned in my previous blog entry.  Went home Sat.,
took a nap, went to the Delaware County fair with the parents to watch the
tractor/truck pull.  Weather was hot and humid, mid 90's.  Crowd for the pull
was good.  However, the tractor pull wasn't so great this year.  They really
have reduced the number of weight classes.  Throw in an hour delay because the
track was too soft for the lightest weight class to pull in.  Add in a several
minute delay between each pull, and you had a short pull that took a long time
to occur.  The tractors themselves were quite good, just annoyed with all of
the wait time.  

Sunday, the parents and I along with my youngest niece and nephew went to
Farley to attend a polka mass.  After church, we went to my brother's house to
watch the town parade.  Another hot one for weather!  Not much else.

Weighing in tonight, we'll see if I've done any more improvement in spite of a
sluggish weekend.  Lifted last night, for the first time in 2 weeks.  Not as
sore as I feared I would be.  Not much else here on this end.  My brain be
