Not much to say lately it would appear.  HOT weekend around here in Iowa.  I
volunteered to spend my day over at a friend's house to help her sand down her
kitchen cabinets to prep them for staining.  It took us 10 hours to get the
job done plus a run to pick up some boxes for her since I own a truck.  My
fingers were sore the next day, and my nails are worn pretty low right now. 
They have some neat scratch patterns in them as well, since I had to do most
of the sanding by hand.  A power sander just wouldn't work well on the narrow
boards in hard places and angles.  Sunday I did my best to keep cool after
hitting church in the morning, and then the gym.  

In other news, work is still going slow.  My weight loss seems to be stuck at
30 for some reason, in spite of being really good about sticking to the diet
plan and workout.  Kindof worried my body is finally adapting to the regime
now and won't give up the fat so easily.  We'll see what another week brings.
