Watched Carpenter's Escape from New York (1981) the other night. I bought it
for 7e or so from Anttila a couple of weeks ago but hadn't had the time to
watch it. It was just one of those impulses, I had seen it like 10 years ago
and had this idea that it was a pretty good flick, so I just decided to pick
it up.

Boy, was I NOT dissapointed! It fucking rocked! :) Definitely a winner for
anyone who likes the sort of scifisque/madmaxlike stuff. Kurt Russell was a
real badass once again, too. :)

And the ending! Man, I'm still laughing as I think about it. I totally did not
see it coming, I was like "ah ok, this was it"... "no, wait it wasn't
haha!"... "OWNED!!!"
