House news: so far so good.  House inspection was pretty clean.  Only issue
was that the furnace needed a good cleaning and some minor repair on the
tinwork for it.  Radon results were good.  Pest results are also clean.  I've
got some maintenance items to work on once I own the house.  I'll need to put
some more insulation in the attic.  I will also need to have the roof
reshingled in a year or 2 as well.  Otherwise, that should be it for the major
stuff.  Now I get to wait to see that the contract items are met by the seller
and the renters leave, and the title clears before I close on the 17th of Nov.

This past weekend I was back to attend my cousin's wedding.  My parents were
invited to be hosts, and my brother as an usher.  So, during mass, my
brother's girlfriend sat with my parents and I.  That of course, lead to some
confusion as my extended family assumed she was my girlfriend since she was
seen sitting with me during the wedding and then afterward at the reception
with my brother.  My parents and I had to straighten that out a couple of
times.  I even had an aunt and uncle inquire where my girlfriend was at then,
and then recommend for me to go and find one.  Of course, thy didn't offer any
help.  Apparently getting a girlfriend is as easy as breathing air. 
Otherwise, the only funny story out of the night was when I was helping my
parents clean up.  There were candles on the tables that needed to be removed,
so I was blowing them out.  Well, one was set into a deep bowl, and I blew too
hard and ended up with a face full of wax and the front of my nice shirt
covered as well.  8(  After inquiring if I was alright, my Mom had a good
laugh.  So the rest of the night I was wearing my Dad's suit coat.

Forgot to mention that I made paltry! bmight last week for bmight.  Now I just
need to finish these last ship quests and then I can plan for next reinc. 
Weighed in last night at 167.  I'm pretty happy with that number since I ate
too well at the wedding reception and the next day on the farm.  I'm hoping to
get to 165 before Thanksgiving when I'll end up adding 3 pounds back on.
