Finally got the last of the oak firewood blocks hauled out of the field and up to the farm this past weekend. I estimate it was about 9 loads to get the job completed. Looks like spring may be here to stay finally in Iowa. Trees still haven't fully leafed out yet. Although, the plum trees are just now finally starting to push out blossoms as well as the cherry trees. Mowed the yard for the first time last Friday. Doesn't take more than 45 min., but boy is it rough. It does not look that bad, but my mower bounces around like mad. My guess is that the previous owners had dogs that went out and roughed it up over the years. And my new grass is finally starting to come up in patches. I'm hoping it will finish up nicely here in the coming months. Got a chance to smooth it out nicely before all of the rains hit this week. Otherwise, not a whole lot new here. As alluded to, I spent the weekend out on the farm for the first time since Easter. Nice weather for the first time this spring. I'm looking forward to my week off next month to really get outdoors. Work is grinding away slowly. Got another release done, two more to go before I'm out of work. Still waiting to see if the June project is going to happen or not. Puttering with the VBA-Access 2003 program now. What a fookin' mess. Still finding careless mistakes everywhere in the product from previous developer's tender care. Ground my way to 61% to lvl 4 Reaver rep. At current pace, may get there in a month ahead of projection. Found a nice run that gets me easy rep daily...as long as too many people don't clutter the area. Old itch to game hard at home in the evening is abated due to Ewige's busy RL. Weigh in last night, 170.5, which is good. Back to weight before Easter bloat. Now, let's see if I can continue the good work and get to those 16x numbers in the coming weeks. Even keeping up with a weekly yoga session. Still sucking, just not as bad as the first couple of times. Tonight's blog brought to you by "Be My Lover" La Bouche
