I saw Grizzly Man by Werner Herzog the other day. Another great film! It was at the same time sad and uplifting, tragic and comic. Herzog wasn't afraid to paint a controversial picture of his main character, Timothy Treadwell. Treadwell lived with Alaskan grizzlies for 13 summers before getting killed by one of the bears. Herzog shows us all the positive things about Treadwell and his work and character, but is not afraid to disagree with him when Treadwell goes too far. And above all, the film continued to enforce my idea that the fox is by far one of the bestestest animals on the planet (though bears are cool too!)
