Yet another quickie blog entry.  Spent the weekend back on the farm.  Puttered
around the timber for more firewood on Sat. morning with a long nap in the
afternoon.  On Sunday, Mom and I went fishing and the only fish I caught was a
bass that was too small to keep.  Otherwise, we sat around, half-froze in the
stiff NW breeze.  Still, it was worth spending the time with Mom.  That should
be my last fishing trip for the year.  Otherwise, quiet life this week. 
Temperatures have really taken a hit this week.  Finally feeling like
fall/winter now.  Many of the leaves are off the trees now.  It wasn't a great
color season for fall this year.  Trees stayed green late, then turned and
dropped in a quick succession.  I'm not looking forward to winter.  Furnace is
already running too much now.  *sigh*

Still wrestling over home PC purchase.  Got a nice Dell picked out at the
moment, but I still can't pull the trigger.  Am I sad or what?  Guess that's
about it for the week.  Oh yeah, did my good deed last week and donated blood
again.  Got a free t-shirt and a couple cookies as a reward.  Whee!  Tonight's
