1) Leader schedules a party. 
2) in the party desc the leader puts what eq will be done and what pieces to
dice. 
3) In case of random eq leader can either chose to dice them or value each one
of them or put mb 1k or whatever for those.
4) Leader decies what mb will be for an item, then a bidding will occur in the
party.
5) The leader get's a double share and the bidder gets a share, thus if an
item is sold for 1M the bidder should pay every member 100k and the leader
