I don´t eat enough. This week I started "EAT TAINA EAT"-week and every day I try to eat as much as possible. If I bike 10 km every day + 10 km to aerobic and back, 4 meals a day just isn´t enough. So I´ve started to make milkshakes (berries ftw!), weird avocado-stuff and buns and pies. It´s so wrong that if you eat unhealthy food, you need to eat it just a little to get enough "energy", but with all kinds of vegetarian foods you need to eat A LOT. DAMN! But that´s life and eating is the best thing there is, so eating more requires just good food and time to eat and a bigger stomach!
