A few brief points on a skirmish between Imperator/Nikana/Pancake + Allies and
me:

ON NIKANA's BLOG POST:
(1). Contrary to your claim, the apology was for things said on channels that
I think were overly impolite and for allowing such a stupid 5000 gold dispute
to erupt into a war causing me to kill you guys a like 15 times and me dying
like 5 or 6 times.

(2). Contrary to your claim, Imperator and I agreed to a truce. After talking
(through others) we thought it would be fair if I apologized a bit because of
some things I said on channel that were impolite to him, beyond the issue of
this "war."

(3). Contrary to your claim, my truce is with Imperator, not you, not Pancake.
You "won" nothing, your side died 3x more than mine. 0 of my parties were
harmed. This was a truce not a surrender, a ceasefire if you will.

(4). Thanks for posting our tells, as everyone, (wizards included) can see,
from pkill #2 I said this is a stupid war and we should call a truce. That
does not mean I can't fight it. Read your brother's (Pancake) blog and you can
see I could have fought this war for the next 100 years from my castle, nobody
wanted a war forever over 5000 gold. Again, YOU won nothing.

(5). Contrary to your claim "The non-highbies won," you use improper word
descriptions. Imperator is a lvl 90+ eternal, with 3 allies killing me in this
war. That's 4 vs. 1, in this situation you were the "highbies" and I still
managed to kill you more.

(6). Contrary to your claim, the fact is, this war would have involved more
and more people, over what? A racoon hat. It was reasonable to agree to end
this, again, not a "surrender." We can stipulate that I could have killed you
in this reinc, a spawn reinc, or several other reincs, and with allies and
that Imperator could have killed me as well. The winner will be whoever wants
to play normally the LEAST, if neither wants to play war goes forever.

(7). Contary to your implication, Ruttuturpa's ":D" on wanted was on a
discussion of Butti, nobody cared about my comments, people know the real
story that this war was based on something stupid.

(8). Contrary to your spin, your participation in this entire event was
minimal to non-existent.

(9). Contrary to your whine, you aren't some "poor newbie" you're a level 95.

ON PANCAKE'S BLOG POST:
(1). Contrary to your claim, I was unidle when you killed it.

(2). Contrary to your claim, I don't use triggers to zap you with wands. Your
accusation makes no sense. You clearly have no idea how wands work if you
think a trigger is needed to use them the way I did (reloc + zap).
Additonally, if you check your logs, wands weren't even always used.

(3). Contrary to your claim, there's no rule against using shelter at
monsters.

(4). Contrary to your claim, you aren't some "poor newbie" you're a level 90
player.

(5). Contary to your claim, you "can" kill me. I died a few times on
relocate/summon from you guys. I have small hps compared to 4 man pkill
parties, if you couldn't kill me, I suggest you file a bug report.

(6). Contrary to your claim, I didn't "get away with it," you forfeited your
right to complain after you had your friend impact 3 or 4 kills. Since you
called Imperator to kill me within minutes of your first death, you have to
die a several timeswithout retaliating before you have a valid whine claim.

(7). Contrary to your claim, I did not want a war. I continually asked you for
a truce, I did not want to kill you, I had to only to get you all to agree to
stop. It's not sport to mage-kill you guys, I did not want a war. You guys
did.

(8). Contrary to your claim I did something wrong...I killed you once, and
that would have been the end of it. You decided to counter-attack. Whatever
"experience" of yours that was ruined, that was your own fault for pushing for
a big war.

(9). Contrary to your claim, I do actually play. Although I don't have 20
hours a day to play like you, as I have a job and am in law school, I do
routinely join eq parties and help friends. I am not retired, but I'm not
hardcore, I play casually.

(10). Contary to your claim, Finnish players were not involved. This argument
makes no cognizable claim. The war was a back-and-forth war.

(11). Contary to your claim, I did not bully you. (See above).

(12). Contary to your claim, I am not "a cancer and disease."

ON IMPERATOR'S LACK OF POST:

(1). He doesn't a blog post, I think that is quite respectable. He knows how
the truce happened, and so forth.

Summary:
(1). If you get killed and you think it's wrong, do nothing. If you die
multiple times for "no reason" (if that's true, here it wasn't obviously) then
you may whine. If you kill that person back within 1 minute (as you did here)
you don't get a right to whine. If you continue to fight with that person,
it's not harassment, it's a war until you ask for a truce, they refuse, and
keep killing you forever.

(2). Let's just try to keep everything peaceful, it's not necessary a racoon
hat causes a long conflict, seriously.
